You can improve the quality of your indoor environment by starting with the air you breathe. Residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems accumulate and become a breeding ground for a variety of health threats such as dander, dust, pollen, mold and mildew.

Air ducts and ventilation systems naturally accumulate sizable deposits of fine dust particles and other contaminants over a period of years or even months. These deposits, combined with the temperate, moist atmosphere within ventilation systems, often yielding mold growth and bacteria colonies."

'How serious is the problem?  Serious enough to have captured the attention of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which has recently established "IAQ INFO," a clearinghouse for consumer information.

 To thoroughly clean your HVAC ducts, AFI uses a high powered vacuum system and assorted brushes to manually agitate and vacuum dust and debris simultaneously.  These debris are then suctioned into our truck-mounted system or our portable, self-contained device.

 Finally, our experienced technicians reassemble the air duct system and remove any remaining debris in the work area.  Active Video Inspection provides our technicians with instant video footage of your air ducts for a thorough assessment after job completion.

Our methodology follows the guidelines of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) .
